All classes usually run in eight week blocks.
An eight week block costs £72 for the Giffnock, Neilston and Newton Mearns classes (each class lasts 1 hour) and £88 for the Greenock and Kilmacolm classes (each class lasts 1hr 10 minutes). Booking is required to secure your place.
Booking policy: If you happen to miss your usual class there is the opportunity to catch up at another class during the block, subject to space availability. Fees are non-refundable once the block has commenced and refunds cannot be made for classes missed, but you can of course use the catch up option.
'Drop-in' basis sessions are only available to existing clients who wish to do an extra class in additon to their usual class, and again is subject to space being available.
'Drop in' rates: Greenock and Kilmacolm £12.50, Giffnock, Neilston and Newton Mearns £10.50.

Beginners - suitable if you are new to Pilates, returning after a break, or for rehab after an injury or other condition, and also for new mums. This level introduces the basics and fundamentals of Pilates in a relaxed environment.
Improvers - moving on from beginners towards intermediate.
Intermediate - suitable if you have completed a beginners course or have previous experience of Pilates. This level consolidates the fundamentals adding more challenging exercises to allow you to develop your practise and skills.
Intermediate + - moving on from intermediate towards advanced.
Advanced - suitable if you are experienced and have a solid depth of knowledge of the exercise repertoire - a challenging fast moving class.
